Team Member Position

Position Details​​​​

​

  • Permanent casual rates (including weekends and public holiday rates) with stable hours

  • Approx. 20 - 30hrs

  • Flexibility for personal commitments

  • Discounts, shared tips, Team gatherings, potential bonuses and pay reviews

  • Training, feedback on performance, great food/coffee and a great friendly Team environment​

  • Duties will include washing dishes, glassware, preparing drinks, running food & drinks, serving all customers, clearing & resetting tables and all cleaning tasks

Who & What Are We Looking For

​

  • Available to start training immediately after passing a short trial, able to work weekends and public holidays as needed

  • Minimum 12 months Hospitality experience

  • Barista experience preferred but not essential

  • Australian Citizens/Residents or currently on a Partner, Marriage or study VISA preferred

  • Working Holiday makers must be willing to stay minimum 3 months

  • Valid RSA essential
